Food Allergy Information from a the Manager:

Q: Can you please provide a brief statement about the importance of food allergen safety at your restaurant?

A: We take food allergies very seriously and work to prevent cross-contamination whenever possible. All of our employees have the 8 major allergens memorized and we have an "Allergy Matrix" for every menu item to help everyone know which menu item contains which allergen. 

Q: Do you have any procedures for those with food allergies?

A: We treat all omissions as allergies. We would rather err on the side of caution. Servers always verbally notify a manager and the kitchen and indicates the allergy on every item that guest orders--even if it doesn't contain the allergen--to prevent cross-contamination.

Q: According to the FDA the Top 8 food allergies are: Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Crustacean shellfish, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat and Soybeans.  Do you use these ingredients in your restaurant and is it safe for someone with this allergy to eat at your restaurant?

What do you do to prevent Cross Contamination?

A: Our kitchen staff is careful about washing all equipment between uses. 

In addition to food allergies, we also provide recommendations for restaurants that have food for other dietary restrictions. Please comment below if you have options for the following dietary restrictions.

• Keto options: With some modifications, our protein-based items can be made Keto.
