Allergen Statement From the Manager:

Can you please provide a brief statement on the importance of food allergen safety at your restaurant?

 We take food allergies very seriously and work to prevent cross-contamination whenever possible. All of our employees have the 8 major allergens memorized and we have an "Allergy Matrix" for every menu item to help everyone know which menu item contains which allergen. 

Do you have any procedures for those with food allergies (for example – letting your waiter know about any food allergies before ordering)?

 We treat all omissions as allergies. We would rather err on the side of caution. 

 According to the FDA the top 8 Food allergies are: Dairy, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat and Soybeans. Do you use these ingredients and is it safe for someone with these allergies to eat at your restaurant?

Dairy:  Yes and Yes

Eggs: Yes and Yes

Fish: Yes and Yes

Crustacean Shellfish: Yes and Yes

Tree nuts: Yes and Yes

 Peanuts: No and Yes

 Wheat: No and Yes.

 Soybeans: Yes and yes

What do you do to prevent cross contamination?

Our staff is careful about washing all equipment between uses. Our counter servers will pull fresh ingredients from our coolers if a guest has an allergy so there is reduced risk of cross-contamination.

 In addition to food allergies, we provide recommendations for restaurants for those with other dietary restrictions. Please comment below if you have options for the following dietary restrictions. If there are any dishes you would like to highlight, please list them below.
